Our local area and facilities

Bunree is half way between Glencoe and Aonach Mor Ski development and 8 miles from Fort William and Ben Nevis. The area is a paradise for walkers, climbers, mountain bikers and snow sport enthusiasts. The views from our Highland croft, down loch Linnhe and across to Ardgour as spectacular and never  disappointing!

Bunree is ideally centrally located as a base to explore the western Highlands on day trips. We are easily within reach of Loch Ness, Inverness, Oban and Aviemore. The Isle of Skye and Mull are easily visited on a day trip.

The village of Onich has good pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets, and there are a couple of places within walking distance.
